The Milk Parlour

Established in 2021, The Milk Parlour is a gelato ice cream factory making Italian style gelato from traditional Shorthorn Herd milk. The milk is sustainably sourced from the Barr Family at Tannybrake Farm. Their pedigree dairy Shorthorn herd is the only known dairy Shorthorn herd in Northern Ireland.

Enjoy your favourite flavour on a sunny day at our Pavilion or take home the family’s favourite flavour for that weekend treat. The Milk Parlour is open daily for take away.
